The New Lateral Thinking Question on this page!

Thank You For Visiting and Welcome!

Hi! My name is John Snyder. I am a retired Marine and a college student working on my teaching degree. I am currently doing my student teaching at Stone Street Elementary School at Camp Lejeune North Carolina in Mrs. Stone's 5th grade class.

As part of my student teaching, I thought it might be nice to use a bit of the wonderful technology available to us today and create this web page for the 5th grade class that I have been assigned to work with. I got my first computer in 1984 and I guess you might say I have always been somewhat of a technology nut but I truly believe, if properly used, that the internet can provide teachers, parents and students with an endless supply of materials and tools that can help make learning more productive and fun! To that end I have started construction on this website.

Hopefully we will be able to make this site not only interesting but, also helpful for parents and students alike. My hope is that we can eventually post useful items like daily class schedules, homework assignments, a weekly newsletter, fun and productive academic links to other websites and maybe even a few picture of school activates.

This webpage is a work in progress so, please check back often for changes and updates..

ENJOY!

One unfortunate thing about using free web space is that to do so one must agree to allow pop up ads to appear. The good news is that I can help you stop the pop up ads from popping up on your computer screen. You can turn off all annoying pop up ads on this page and others, by down loading a FREE copy of
